Airport Representative

Main Duties and Responsibilities Welcome VIP guests in a courteous, professional, and enthusiastic manner while anticipating and exceeding their expectations. Respond promptly and effectively to guest inquiries, requests, concerns, and complaints. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Atlantis resort offerings and provide accurate information and assistance to guests.

Confirm guest reservations and vouchers using hotel systems when required. Review limousine schedules and coordinate transportation arrangements for VIP arrivals and departures. Monitor flight arrivals and departures to ensure timely guest service and transportation coordination. Liaise with transportation providers to ensure vehicles are available and operating according to schedule.

Greet arriving guests, escort them to transportation, and facilitate introductions to drivers. Ensure guest luggage is handled safely, securely, and professionally. Assist with locating and coordinating the delivery of misplaced or delayed luggage. Support VIP guests during departure check-in procedures. Maintain confidentiality of guest and company information at all times.

Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and company policies and procedures. Attend required meetings, training sessions, and development programs. Communicate guest transportation details to appropriate resort departments to ensure a seamless arrival experience. Carry out other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

The Company operates a twenty-four (24) hour business. Therefore, you may be rostered to work shifts, which may change from time to time. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent vocational training. Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent command of the English language. Second language proficiency preferred but not required.
