Assistant Manager, Order Management

He or She will lead the team of Order Management of Fragrance, responsible for leading the Order Management function to ensure efficient processing and fulfillment of customer orders, effective cross-functional coordination, proactive customer communication, and the delivery of excellent customer service while meeting business and operational objectives.

to ensure the order management process is followed through to ensure the customer orders are processed in within the time line given to ensure orders are fulfilled by closely collaborating with production planning and material management to communicate well with customers when orders timeline can not be met. to proactively mitigate and propose solution whenever there is hiccup is meeting customer requirements to support and collaborate with customer services team in other affiliates.
