The Heavy Utility plays a key role in maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization within the kitchen and back-of-house areas. This position ensures all kitchen equipment, floors, and workspaces are spotless and safely maintained while supporting culinary operations through proper dishwashing, waste removal, and supply stocking.
