Training & Development Specialist

McEasy, a transportation management solution to simplify complex logistics operations. is looking for an Training & Development Specialist to join our ever-growing team. Design and implement comprehensive internal development strategies that foster a culture of continuous learning.

Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs for internal teams across various departments. Conduct regular Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and performance improvement opportunities. Create and update high-quality learning materials, including modules, playbooks, and digital content.

Establish KPIs to measure the impact of training initiatives and use data to continuously refine our programs. Partner with department heads to understand their specific team challenges and provide tailored development solutions. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Min. 3 years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar Corporate Trainer role.

Proven track record of designing and executing successful training programs. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
