Apartment Maintenance Technician – $15.00/Hour Direct Staffing is hiring an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for a customer in Fort Smith, AR. Pay: $15.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Location: Fort Smith, AR Job Requirements Previous verifiable apartment maintenance experience is REQUIRED Must have painting experience and be able to paint Experience completing general apartment maintenance and repairs Ability to prepare apartments for new tenants/move-ins Must be dependable and able to work independently Must have a clean and neat appearance Dress code is required and must be followed Must be able to follow instructions and complete assigned work in a timely manner Maintain a clean and safe work area Must pass required background check and drug screen Required Dress Code: Khaki pants or khaki shorts White or black polo shirt preferred A plain white or black T-shirt is acceptable Shirts must not contain any graphics, logos, wording, or inappropriate designs Closed-toe shoes are required at all times Tools: Maintenance Technicians are expected to bring their own basic/general hand tools necessary to perform routine apartment maintenance duties .

Employees should arrive each day prepared with the appropriate tools needed to complete general maintenance, repairs, and assigned work. Job Duties Duties may include painting, cleaning, apartment turnovers, general repairs, routine maintenance requests, and other property maintenance duties as assigned. This is NOT an entry-level position.

Previous verifiable apartment maintenance experience is a must.
