Technical Support

Provide technical support for network connectivity and infrastructure-related issues. Troubleshoot network problems involving IP addressing, DHCP, routers, and switches. Diagnose and resolve issues across OSI Layers 1, 2, and 3. Perform basic network troubleshooting to identify and resolve connectivity issues. Configure and verify basic network settings, including IP addresses and DHCP configurations. Monitor network connectivity and escalate complex technical issues when required. Maintain records of technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of technical problems. Follow standard troubleshooting procedures and technical support guidelines. Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to users and team members.

Requirements

? Eligibility Criteria ✅ Education: Technical Graduates will be preferred. ✅ Experience: Fresher to 18 months above (Relevant Technical Support) ✅ Excellent communication skills ✅ No career gaps, strong CV stability required ? Technical Skills Required
