Job Summary

NAYA By Africa is looking for a Warehouse & Inventory Associate to be the primary custodian of our physical inventory — accurately receiving, storing, recording, controlling, issuing, and dispatching stock. You'll help rebuild NAYA's inventory controls and establish reliable warehouse processes that keep Production and Sales fully supplied.

Key Responsibilities

Receive raw materials, packaging, and supplies, and verify quantities against purchase orders Maintain an organized, clean, secure, and properly labeled warehouse with defined storage locations Maintain accurate inventory records in Unleashed, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation Track batch, lot, and expiry information, applying FIFO/FEFO principles where required Issue materials to Production and reconcile returns; escalate shortages before they affect schedules Receive and record finished goods from Production, maintaining accurate stock by SKU and batch Prepare stock transfers, and pick/dispatch stock for retail, wholesale, and e-commerce fulfilment Requirements Requirements Diploma or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, Business, or related field Minimum 2 years' relevant warehouse or inventory-management experience Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments preferred Experience using inventory-management software is highly desirable; strong numeracy and attention to detail Key Skills & Competencies Inventory discipline Accuracy, Organization Supervisory capability Problem solving Accountability Attention to detail Time management Process compliance Physical stock-control discipline
