YOU ARE :

• A highly motivated and meticulous law student.
• Interested in our practice and eager to learn.
• Eligible to receive academic credit from your law school for the externship placement.
• A 2L candidate . YOU HAVE:
• Strong academics – minimum 3.4 GPA.
• Research and writing skills.
• Contract drafting skills.
• Strong attention to detail. YOU WOULD:
• Review and revise contracts.
• Conduct legal research and drafting.
• Research and write articles on legal topics. YOU WILL ALSO HAVE OPPORTUNITIES TO:
• Participate in client meetings.
• Observe client negotiations.
• Strategize with attorneys in transactional matters and litigation matters.
