One of the premier spas in New England, The Spa at the Woodstock Inn & Resort boasts a 10,000 square foot, LEED-certified facility featuring 10 treatment rooms, a spa boutique and locally sourced products.

Job Summary

The Certified Massage Therapist will provide professional massage and body treatment services to help improve wellness, reduce stress, relieve pain and promote relaxation. Job Specifications : Expected Pay Range: Starting $11.00 per hour plus commission The pay scale shown is the range that we reasonably expect to pay.

Actual compensation offered may be adjusted based on a candidate’s qualifications and/or experience. Shift & Schedule Availability: Part-Time or Full-Time Must be available weekends and holidays Job Responsibilities: Maintain the highest level of massage services and knowledge and a complete understanding of all spa services presently offered.

Perform all treatments with regard to the guest's safety, wellbeing and privacy. Begin and end all treatments on time. Ensure all work areas are clean and sanitized. Job Requirements: Possess Vermont massage license. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, congenial personality is a must. Ability to work in a high-volume, busy service environment while maintaining composure and focus on the guest.

High School diploma or equivalent. One year of experience providing massage services preferred. Proficient in various types of massage such as Swedish and deep tissue, additional specialty modalities a plus. Must be able to perform three to four consecutive massages. Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds. Must be able to stand and bend for extended period of time.
