About the Employer Our client, Clean Scope Cleaning, is a well-established and growing cleaning services provider delivering high-quality commercial and residential cleaning solutions across South Australia. With a strong focus on compliance, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction, the company is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to manage service agreements and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, interpret, review, and negotiate service contracts, ensuring all terms align with business objectives and legal requirements. Contract Administration: Administer contracts throughout their lifecycle, including variations, extensions, renewals, and terminations. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all contracts comply with relevant legislation, industry standards, and company policies, identifying and mitigating risks where necessary.

Financial Management: Monitor contract budgets, costings, invoicing, and payment schedules to ensure financial accuracy and profitability. Tendering & Procurement: Assist in preparing tenders, proposals, and quotations, including pricing analysis and scope of work documentation. Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a key point of contact between clients, suppliers, and internal teams to manage contract-related matters.

Performance Monitoring: Track contract deliverables, KPIs, and service standards to ensure contractual obligations are met. Dispute Resolution: Identify, investigate, and resolve contractual issues or discrepancies in a timely and professional manner. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate contract records and prepare reports on contract performance, variations, and financial outcomes.

Operational Support: Work closely with cleaning operations teams to ensure services are delivered in accordance with contract requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Commerce, Construction Management, or a related field; or at least three years of relevant work experience in contract administration. Experience: Demonstrated experience in contract administration, preferably within cleaning, facilities management, or service-based industries.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of contract law principles, procurement processes, and financial management. Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex contracts, analyse data, and manage budgets effectively. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in documentation, reporting, and compliance. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.

Organisational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple contracts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management systems. Work Rights: Must have full working rights in Australia.
