We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance & Back of House Manager to join a prestigious luxury safari operation in the breathtaking Botswana Delta.

Your Role
Managing and maintaining essential camp infrastructure and support systems Overseeing solar plants, generators, electrical systems, and sewage treatment plants Managing water systems including boreholes, pumps, wells, and water quality monitoring Driving preventative maintenance across all back-of-house operations Ensuring all equipment and systems remain fully operational and efficiently maintained Leading maintenance projects from planning through to execution Managing maintenance budgets, CAPEX planning, and stock control Coordinating suppliers, contractors, and maintenance teams Maintaining accurate reporting, administration, and maintenance records Ensuring all maintenance activities are completed with minimal guest disruption Personal Attributes: Hands-on, proactive, and highly dependable Adaptable and comfortable living in a remote bush environment Calm under pressure with excellent troubleshooting ability Detail-oriented with strong planning and organisational skills.
