Call Center Representative

Description Looking for an opportunity to learn new skills, help people, and gain experience in the financial services industry? Xtend is hiring Member Service Representatives to assist credit union members across the country. No banking or call center experience required! If you enjoy helping others, are comfortable using computers, and are willing to learn, we'd love to hear from you.

Pay & Schedule Starting pay is $15.15 per hour ($16.00 bilingual) . We offer full-time and part-time opportunities, with part-time schedules ranging from 20–29 hours per week. Available weekday shifts include 9:30 AM–6:30 PM, 10 AM–7 PM, and 11 AM–8 PM. Saturday shifts are also available from 8 AM–5 PM for full-time employees, with partial Saturday shifts available for part-time employees.

Schedules are established at hire, so you'll know your regular working hours.

What You'll Do

Assist credit union members over the phone, through email, and online chat with account questions, card services, and everyday banking needs. Verify member information, research questions, and provide accurate solutions while protecting confidential information. Document interactions, complete follow-ups, and work with teammates to ensure members receive dependable service.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for dependable, friendly individuals who communicate well, pay attention to details, and enjoy solving problems. Basic computer skills, good judgment, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are important. A high school diploma or current enrollment toward one is preferred. Previous customer service or financial services experience is helpful but not required .
