In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of vehicle sales, ensuring a smooth and efficient financing process for our customers while maximizing profitability for the dealership.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer credit applications accurately and make informed decisions regarding financing.
• Negotiate financing terms and loan structures that meet both customer needs and dealership goals.
• Work closely with banks, lenders, and financial institutions to secure competitive loan packages.
• Explain financing options and terms to customers in a clear, transparent, and professional manner.
• Manage compliance with all regulatory requirements related to automotive financing.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and management teams to ensure optimal customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure documentation is complete and compliant.
• Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and new financing products.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or similar role within a dealership.
• Strong understanding of automotive financing, credit laws, and lending regulations.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and financial institutions alike.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in finance-related software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
