AI SLDC Project Manager

Location: Mumbai (Powai) – Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days remote) Employment Type: Full-Time Budget: Up to INR 34 LPA About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) with deep expertise in Project Management, Agile, Scrum, Prince2/PMP, and AI SDLC. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in LLMs and RAG frameworks, and will lead the delivery of AI-powered products and platforms across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end execution of AI/ML initiatives from ideation to production. Manage cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Data Science, MLOps, and Business stakeholders. Define project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and success metrics. Ensure adherence to AI SDLC best practices (data management, model development, validation, deployment, monitoring, governance).

Track program health, resolve blockers, and provide executive-level status reporting. Facilitate agile delivery and foster continuous improvement across teams.

Qualifications

Total Experience: 12+ years Relevant Experience: 8+ years in Project Management, Agile, Scrum, Prince2/PMP, AI SDLC, LLM, RAG Strong technical foundation with understanding of AI/ML concepts, MLOps, cloud platforms, and modern software engineering practices. PMP/Agile certifications preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

Generative AI, LLMs, Responsible AI, AI governance frameworks. Familiarity with Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, or Google Cloud AI services.
