Duties and Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Worker , you play a crucial role in providing measurement-based trauma-informed treatment to youth served by Adelphoi Education. The Mental Health Worker will provide counsel, assistance, and behavioral interventions to youth placed in the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). In collaboration with the administration and the program staff team, the Mental Health Worker will establish and maintain an effective learning climate; implement and monitor behavior interventions, and provide assistance with the daily operations and child management of youth.

Requirements

Associates Degree required in education, psychology, social work, and/or other related field. Experience in counseling dependent, delinquent, or at-risk youth preferred.
