Demand Planner

Tasks and Responsibilities : Utilize advanced analytical tools and software to accurately forecast product demand across electrical connectors, industrial Ethernet solutions, and customized cable assemblies. Develop and maintain demand planning models, ensuring alignment with market needs and production capacities. Monitor and analyze industry trends, historical data, and market conditions to refine forecasts and improve supply chain efficiency.

Engage in cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and production teams to gather relevant data and insights for demand planning. Ensure seamless integration and optimization of demand planning processes within the company's existing workflow and systems. Maintain and update demand planning tools and software, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Collaborate closely with the production and inventory management teams to ensure that forecasted demand aligns with production schedules and inventory levels. Participate actively in regular meetings and presentations, sharing demand forecasts and insights with stakeholders to drive informed decision-making. Regularly interact with team colleagues, sales teams, production managers, and senior management to align demand planning efforts with business goals and objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or comparable specialised training. 3+ years of professional experience / industry experience. Very good command of written and spoken English (position dependent).
