Service Technician

Install, service and maintain BOC and customer-owned equipment at customer and BOC sites in a safe and cost-effective manner. Attend service calls, diagnose faults and rectify equipment issues while providing a high level of customer service. Build positive working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Participate in an on-call roster, typically one week in every four weeks. Promote the safe use of BOC products, including cryogenic liquids, compressed gases and associated equipment. Ensure all maintenance activities are accurately documented using the digital tools provided. Work collaboratively with fellow Service Technicians and the broader Customer Engineering Services team.

Travel regularly throughout metropolitan Adelaide, with occasional regional and remote site visits.
