Global Data Privacy Lead

On behalf of our client, a major global enterprise, weare hiring a Global Data Privacy Lead to take full operational ownership of the end-to-end Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) lifecycle for workforce data worldwide (employees, candidates, and external contractors).

Key Responsibilities

Lead the intake, identity verification, scoping, data collection, redaction, and final response delivery for all global workforce privacy requests under strict statutory deadlines. Administer enterprise privacy platforms (e.g., One. Trust Privacy Rights Automation), managing dedicated webforms, request workflows, and subject-type routing.

Convene cross-functional reviews to determine disclosable scope, execute precise redactions, and securely deliver final response packages. Manage full-cycle data erasure requests, raising and validating technical deletion tickets across global system assets. Partner directly with Senior Privacy Counsel, Employee Relations, Forensic e-Discovery, IT System Owners, and local legal teams.

Act as the primary point of advice for global HR teams on data subject rights while maintaining standardized response templates.

What We Are Looking For

In-depth knowledge of GDPR and global privacy legislation, specifically regarding workforce and applicant data rights. Practical experience administering One. Trust Privacy Rights Automation or an equivalent enterprise privacy platform. Sharp decision-making skills to evaluate disclosable data while protecting confidential business and third-party information.

Proven ability to manage strict statutory timeframes with high precision and discretion. Confidence interfacing with cross-functional legal, HR, IT, and security stakeholders.
