What We’re Looking For We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to be deployed onsite at our client’s facility in San Miguel, Zamboanga del Sur.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of recruitment experience in the agri-manufacturing industry and must be fluent in Bisaya. This role will play a vital part in supporting the client’s talent acquisition efforts across key operational areas.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with the client's HR and department heads to understand hiring needs. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles, including production, operations, and support functions. Conduct initial interviews and assessments Schedule and facilitate candidate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Support local talent sourcing efforts and recruitment marketing initiatives. Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and client policies.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within agri-manufacturing or similar industries. Fluency in Bisaya is required to effectively engage with the local talent pool. Strong sourcing and screening skills; familiar with local job platforms and community-based hiring strategies. Professional and organized, with excellent communication skills.

Willing to work onsite full-time in San Miguel, Zamboanga del Sur. A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
