PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong Windows 7, 2010 & MAC skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365/2010.
• Ability to install PC hardware in a network environment.
• Ability to set up PC hardware and software.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot PC problems.
• Clear written and verbal skills essential.
• Ability to follow through on tasks assigned.
• Frequent end user interaction requires interpersonal skills and positive attitude
• Ability to lift some heavy hardware TIME REQUIREMENTS:
• Be on time and courteous enough to have your time entered for approval on set date.
• Hours are expected to be between 10 and 20 per week depending on availability and schedules ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• PC troubleshooting, hardware and software.
• Software installation.
• Computer setup, including hardware and software.
• Provide help desk support for all employees.
• Update and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures.
