Technical Account Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Account Manager based in Brazil. We are looking for a highly organized and customer-oriented Technical Account Manager to coordinate client engagements and ensure the smooth execution of technical projects.

In this role, you will serve as the central point of communication between customers, engineering teams, and leadership, helping maintain alignment across multiple workstreams. You will facilitate customer meetings, monitor project progress, and ensure deliverables remain consistent with agreed Statements of Work (SOWs).

This position combines relationship management, project coordination, and technical communication in a dynamic B2B technology environment. It is ideal for someone who enjoys managing complex interactions, solving coordination challenges, and building strong client relationships beyond traditional sales responsibilities.
