Job description

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, administration, clinical quality, sales performance, and regulatory compliance of the branch. The role ensures operational efficiency, high-quality patient care, excellent patient experience, and sustainable business growth while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

JOB DESCRIPTION Oversee overall branch operations, administration, and sales performance Ensure efficient clinic workflows, patient flow, and service delivery Develop, implement, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as census, wait time, revenue, and costs Manage manpower planning, staff scheduling, and resource allocation Supervise inventory, supplies, equipment, and facility utilization Ensure compliance with DOH, LGU, DOLE, and other regulatory requirements Maintain accreditation, licenses, and permits of the branch Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety standards Monitor patient satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of staff Drive sales performance, up-selling initiatives, and revenue growth Manage branch budget, expenses, billing, and collections Implement cost-control and efficiency improvement initiatives Oversee use, maintenance, and data security of EHR / clinic systems Ensure preventive maintenance of facilities and medical equipment Prepare and present operational, financial, and performance reports to Management Lead daily huddles, team meetings, and performance reviews Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field At least 5 years of experience in clinic, hospital, or healthcare operations management Proven leadership experience managing clinical and administrative teams Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, patient flow, and clinic administration Experience handling DOH, LGU, DOLE compliance, audits, and accreditation Strong financial acumen including budgeting, revenue monitoring, and cost control Sales-oriented mindset with experience in healthcare or service-based sales Proficient in clinic management systems, EHR, and MS Office applications Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven Able to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
