Track all the orders in the company and know each job and its movement in the organization. Track pending jobs and their time delays. Be majorly accountable for on-time delivery by tracking delivery dates and monitoring progress. Function as an auditor, not a data collector. Audit and follow up on all processes and tasks.
Check if all data is collected and correct. Track each step, identify where work is stuck or deviated, and escalate appropriately. Politely remind and communicate targets to relevant personnel. Work one level above the DOER (if DOER is an operator, contact their supervisor; if DOER is an officer, contact them directly).
In case of problems, identify who can solve them, raise a Help Ticket (H.T.), assign it to the concerned person, and follow up until resolved. Take confirmation from the DOER once the issue is resolved. Any corrective action in planning can only be taken by the planner.
