Responsibilities

Promote and actively sell credit card products and consumer banking services to prospective customers through various acquisition channels. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to the overall performance of the consumer banking group. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate financial products to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Deliver excellent customer service by handling inquiries professionally and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Participate in roadshows, promotional events, and marketing campaigns to generate leads and expand the customer base. Adhere strictly to the bank’s internal policies, compliance standards, and regulatory guidelines during all sales transactions.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or business development, preferably within the banking or financial services sector. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers. Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to sales. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. A diploma or degree in any discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
