M&E assistant

The M&E Assistant supports the design, implementation, and reporting of monitoring and evaluation activities to ensure project quality, accountability, and learning. The role involves data collection, data management, field monitoring, and support to reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

-Support routine monitoring of project activities against approved work plans and indicators. -Collect quantitative and qualitative data using approved tools (questionnaires, checklists, FGDs, KIIs). -Ensure accurate data entry, cleaning, and storage in project databases. -Support post-distribution monitoring (PDM), baseline, midline, and endline assessments.

-Participate in field visits to monitor service delivery and compliance with standards. -Support preparation of weekly, monthly, and donor reports. -Ensure data quality, confidentiality, and adherence to MEFF M&E guidelines. -Support learning, documentation of lessons learned, and best practices.
