Responsibilities
Monitor daily dealer network operations and coordinate with relevant internal teams Follow up on the implementation of showroom standards at dealer locations and support improvement actions when necessary Coordinate the preparation, production, and delivery of corporate identity (CI) showroom materials Collect dealer performance data and prepare regular performance reports Support dealer satisfaction surveys and feedback processes Assist in the organization of sales and product training programs for the dealer network Support operational coordination during new dealer opening processes Maintain and update dealer network documentation, data tracking, and reporting records Ensure effective communication and coordination between dealers and relevant departments Analyze monthly dealer sales/quality performance and tracking of dealer KPI system Calculate dealer premium / bonuses based on monthly results Closely monitor the entire dealer bonus / budget / invoicing process Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably within an automotive brand (OEM), in dealer network operations or related areas Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field Proficiency in MS Office applications Fluent in English written and spoken Strong analytical and reporting skills Strong communication and coordination skills Detail-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
