We're looking for a compassionate, dependable Patient Coordinator who enjoys working with children and families and is excited to grow with our practice.

What You'll Do

As one of the first people our patients and families interact with, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming, organized, and positive experience from check-in to check-out.

Your responsibilities

Greeting patients and families with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude Scheduling appointments and helping keep the daily schedule running smoothly Answering incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service Explaining treatment plans and discussing financial options with confidence and compassion Verifying insurance benefits and preparing insurance claims Assisting patients with payment arrangements and account questions Supporting communication between patients, doctors, and team members Helping achieve daily office goals while contributing to a positive team environment Assisting with community outreach and marketing initiatives as needed Required: High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of dental front office experience Knowledge of dental terminology Basic computer skills, including dental software, Microsoft Word, and Excel Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Dependable, self-motivated, and a team-first mindset Bonus Skills (Not Required): Experience with dental insurance verification and claims Texas Medicaid experience Open Dental experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) Why You'll Love Working with our Team: Supportive, friendly, and collaborative team environment Opportunities for continued learning and career growth Modern pediatric dental practice with the latest technology The opportunity to make every child's dental visit a positive experience Stable, long-term career opportunity Benefits: We offer an excellent benefits package, including: 401(k) with company matching Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person – Pleasanton, TX 78064 If you're passionate about helping families, feel welcome, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and want to build a rewarding career with an exceptional team, we'd love to hear from you.
