Job Title: Experienced Painter – 1st Shift to 2nd Shift (Temp-to-Perm) Location: Fort Smith, AR Pay: $15/hr Shift: 1st Shift (Training) – then 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM Job Type: Temp-to-Perm Job Summary: Direct Staffing is seeking an experienced painter for our customer in Fort Smith, AR . This is a Temp-to-Perm position with a competitive pay rate of $15/hr .

The ideal candidate will have verifiable experience in painting and be able to work 10-hour shifts, including every other Saturday with overtime required. Training will be provided on 1st shift, and candidates will move to the 2nd shift once training is completed.

Key Responsibilities

Set up paint jobs from start to finish , including washing, masking, blasting, and painting Ensure all paint finishes meet or exceed customer requirements Properly handle hazardous materials in compliance with safety guidelines Work on 10-hour shifts , with required overtime and every other Saturday Ensure that all tasks are completed with attention to detail and quality Job Requirements: Verifiable painting experience (resume required) Must pass background check and drug test (no THC) Reliable work history with a strong attendance record Ability to work 10-hour shifts and every other Saturday Punctuality and dependability are crucial for success in this role Steel-toe boots are required Additional Information: This is a Temp-to-Perm position.
