We're looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician who is dependable, hands-on, and committed to creating a community our residents are proud to call home.

From keeping the grounds looking their best to preparing apartments for new residents, you'll play a key role in the overall resident experience.

What You'll Do

Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of common areas Support lawn care and community grounds upkeep Assist with apartment turns and make-readies Complete general maintenance tasks and service requests Help ensure residents enjoy a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained community What We're Looking For: At least 1 year of maintenance experience HVAC and/or CPO certifications preferred Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current insurance Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude Weekend and on-call availability required What We Offer: Competitive salary Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) Paid time off and paid holidays A supportive team that values quality, integrity, and community At Charleston Place, we believe great communities start with great people.
