Customer Relationship Executive

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of Digitide Solutions, representing the company's values and commitment to customer satisfaction. Your primary role is to establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing product/service information, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate information. Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive resolution. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experiences.

Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction. Identify and address customer needs, offering suitable solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Assist in developing strategies to improve customer retention. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management tools. A proactive and positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction. Good time management and organizational skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred. Any relevant certifications in customer service or relationship management will be an advantage.
