Finance Support

The finance support officer is responsible for performing the following functions: § Ensure accurate computation and prompt Payment of all statutory compliance relating to payroll § Ensure all account receivables are promptly paid § Ensure that approved expenses are aligned with the overall budget Requirements § Performing account reconciliation § Ensure prompt and accurate remittance of statutory deductions (TAX and NHF) § Payment of Salaries and wages § Creating and processing invoices § Handle account inquiries from internal and external sources § Ensure clients reimburse monthly Invoice amounts in line with SLA § P ayment to vendors in adherence to SLAs and the company’s procedure/policies.
