Senior Salesforce Developer

We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer who wants to own the outcome and likes building things properly. You'll write the code that runs in production for real clients, take features from a rough requirement to a working solution, and help the developers around you get better at their craft. In this role, you'll: Build on Salesforce: Develop and customise solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud and Agentforce Build with AI: Experiment with Agentforce, LLMs and tools like Claude and OpenAI to solve real business problems Figure things out: Take unclear requirements, ask the right questions, research options, and find a practical path forward Own delivery: Take features from development through testing, debugging and deployment Build integrations: Work with APIs and external systems to connect Salesforce with the wider tech ecosystem Write for scale: Build clean, maintainable code that works reliably as data and complexity grow Learn fast: Pick up new Salesforce and AI capabilities quickly and turn them into working prototypes or production solutions Work with people: Explain technical decisions clearly to clients and non-technical stakeholders You'll collaborate with forward-thinking clients - from ambitious startups to established brands, solving problems that matter and shipping solutions that last.

What You Bring Technical Depth: 4–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, APIs and integrations Hands-on experience across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Exposure to Data Cloud, Agentforce or Marketing Cloud is a strong plus Good understanding of Salesforce data modelling, governor limits and platform best practices Experience building and debugging real-world integrations Experience with Claude, OpenAI, LLMs or AI-powered workflows is a strong plus Client Skills: You can explain a technical decision to a non-technical stakeholder You keep clients informed before they have to ask Clear written communication - status notes, solution designs, handover docs Running Small Engagements: Experience owning a piece of delivery, not just a piece of code Can break a scope into a plan, sequence the work, and spot risk early Knows when to make the call yourself and when to escalate How You Work: You ask questions before you build, not after You can take an incomplete requirement, spot the gaps, and come back with a clear plan You write code other people can read and maintain Bonus Points: Experience with CI/CD, Git and DevOps practices Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II Experience with Agentforce or other agent frameworks Experience building AI solutions outside Salesforce Familiarity with Visualforce or legacy Salesforce systems Experience working directly with clients Why MIDCAI?
