As an Auxiliary General, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization and functionality of our store.

Your responsibilities

will involve arranging and displaying merchandise attractively, ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for stock management, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and display merchandise according to company standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and organized, maintaining a neat and tidy appearance.
• Assist in receiving and unloading deliveries, checking for accuracy and damage.
• Stock and restock shelves, ensuring products are easily accessible to customers.
• Rotate stock to maintain freshness and prevent spoilage, especially in perishable goods sections.
• Monitor and report any damaged or defective merchandise to the appropriate team.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and answering inquiries.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement improvements in store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
• Basic computer literacy, including knowledge of common office software.
