• PLC programming, debugging, troubleshooting, and logic modification.
• Breakdown handling and minimising production downtime.
• Robot–PLC integration and troubleshooting.
• SCADA/HMI troubleshooting and communication diagnosis.
• Troubleshooting sensors, actuators, and field devices.
• Monitoring and optimization of welding automation processes.
• PLC backup, restoration, and documentation.
• Coordination with production and maintenance teams.

Requirements

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Siemens AG, Schneider Electric & Mitsubishi Electric PLCs.
• Knowledge of TIA Portal, EcoStruxure, GX Works2, Ladder Logic, SCL/Structured Text.
• HMI/SCADA: ProFace, SIMATIC, GP Pro EX, WinCC.
• Industrial communication: PROFINET, Modbus TCP, Ethernet.
• Knowledge of sensors, actuators, and electrical troubleshooting. Qualification
• Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronic. Preferred: Experience in automotive, sheet metal, welding shop, or production automation.
