In investment, it focus on Renewable Energ: Solar/BESS projects & EV-DC Fast Charging Solutions.
[Job Description] Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create compelling and market-competitive job descriptions and identify the most effective sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support both immediate and future hiring needs across various functions.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality talent through job boards, LinkedIn, internal talent pools, employee referrals, networking events, direct sourcing, and market mapping.
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, cultural fit, compensation expectations, and overall suitability for the role.
- Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Monitor recruitment metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reporting and market insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, recruiting standards, and applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Build and strengthen employer branding initiatives to enhance candidate attraction and engagement.
- Support workforce planning, succession planning, and other talent acquisition initiatives as required.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate or in-house recruiting environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing capabilities and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking recruitment metrics and generating reports.
- Proficiency in English and Korean communication preferred.
