Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Source and screen candidates
• Coordinate interviews
• Attend job fairs and community events
• Create engaging job postings and recruitment campaigns
• Partner with hiring managers to build strong teams
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience for all new employees This is a full-time , benefit-eligible position working Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm .

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Marketing, Business or a related field
• Recruitment experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
