Handle guest feedback and complaints effectively and provide appropriate solutions. Welcome and assist VIP guests during their arrival, stay, and departure. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure exceptional service. Maintain guest preferences and feedback records in Opera. Support and organize guest relations activities and special events when required.

Prepare relevant reports for the Operations Director. Min. 3 years experience in Guest Relations or Front Office, preferably in a luxury, international hotel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. Fluency in English and Turkish; additional languages are an advantage.
