Landscaping Crew Member

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Landscaping Crew Member to join a landscaping company serving the Baldwin County area. The ideal candidate must have experience operating a zero-turn lawnmower and be comfortable using basic landscaping tools and equipment. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and can work well with a team.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a zero-turn lawnmower to maintain residential and commercial properties. Use weed eaters, edgers, blowers, and other basic landscaping equipment. Perform general lawn maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing. Keep lawns, sidewalks, and landscaped areas clean and well-maintained. Assist with general landscaping and property maintenance tasks.

Properly maintain and care for landscaping tools and equipment. Follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions. Work efficiently with crew members to complete daily assignments.

Requirements

Previous experience operating a zero-turn lawnmower is REQUIRED. Experience using weed eaters, edgers, blowers, and other landscaping tools. Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors. Ability to lift, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods. Comfortable working in Alabama's outdoor weather conditions. Dependable, punctual, and hardworking.

Ability to follow directions and work well with others. Reliable transportation to the designated work location. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who has hands-on lawn maintenance experience, knows how to safely operate landscaping equipment, and takes pride in delivering quality work.
