Leasing Consultant Pedcor Homes is seeking a professional, energetic, and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team. We're looking for someone with strong sales ability, outstanding communication skills, and a passion for creating an exceptional experience for every prospect and resident. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, relationship builder, and self-starter who excels in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping people find the perfect place to call home.

What You'll Do

Tour the community and apartments with prospective residents Showcase amenities and promote the benefits of community living Assist with application processing and leasing paperwork Prepare move-in documentation and coordinate resident onboarding Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents Follow up on leads and maintain strong prospect relationships Support property marketing and resident retention efforts Assist with day-to-day office operations as needed What We're Looking For 2 years of apartment industry experience preferred Proven success in sales, customer service, hospitality, or a related field Strong communication and relationship-building skills Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and follow-up skills Weekend availability required Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service Why Pedcor Homes?
