Experience Levels: C-Level, B-Level, and A-Level technicians encouraged to apply based on qualifications. 🔩 Automotive Technician Responsibilities Diagnose, inspect, maintain, and repair vehicles according to dealership and manufacturer standards. Perform routine maintenance, oil changes, brake repairs, tire services, and other automotive repairs as qualified.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns. Perform engine, transmission, suspension, steering, and other vehicle system repairs based on experience. Use diagnostic equipment, scan tools, and technical information to identify and resolve vehicle issues. Complete multi-point inspections and document recommended repairs.

Communicate repair findings and additional service needs to the service advisor. Maintain accurate repair orders and document work performed. Follow manufacturer procedures, dealership standards, and safety guidelines. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized service bay. Participate in ongoing technical training and certification programs as applicable.

Work collaboratively with service advisors, parts personnel, and fellow technicians to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction. 🛠️ Qualifications Previous automotive repair or mechanic experience preferred. Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, maintenance, and repair procedures. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and automotive diagnostic equipment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Dependable, motivated, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to work a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays. Valid driver's license required. Chevrolet or GM dealership experience and ASE certifications are a plus. Manufacturer training and certifications are beneficial, depending on experience level.
