Summary: Our Automotive Service Advisor/ Service Writer greets customers and consults with them on their vehicle service needs. Automotive Service Advisor / ASM Responsibilities:
• Provide customer service to include vehicle service care and manufacturer’s warranty specifications
• Schedule and manage service appointments and service estimates
• Address and resolve customer complaints Automotive Service Advisor / ASM Qualifications:
• Prior experience in automotive service writing; CDK experience a plus
• Working knowledge of basic car functions, characteristics, and operations
• Valid driver's license with 2 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years and ALSO no major violations (DUI, reckless driving, etc.) in the last 3 years
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
