Residential Shift Leader - Mental Health Urgent Care Center - Brattleboro

HCRS is seeking a Residential Shift Leader to support and lead our Mental Health Urgent Care Center in Brattleboro, a child and youth residential program. An applicant in this role should demonstrate understanding of team dynamics, an understanding of the field of mental health, be organized, strong communication skills, proficient computer skills and a willingness to learn.

Our ideal candidate will have experience working in child and adolescent residential, experience working with children/adolescents in psychiatric distress. High school diploma or GED required. The pay range for this position is $24.50-27.75 per hour.
