Sage Group Health. Care Staffing is seeking Home Health Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel / contract positions in Walla Walla, WA. We are accepting both local and traveler candidates. Position Details: Position Name: Registered Nurse Home Health Location: Walla Walla, Washington Specialty: Home Health Start Date : ASAP Employment Type: Full-time, Travel, Contract, Temporary Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay Rate: Range $2480 to $2560 Weekly Gross pay based on a 40-hr work week ( Includes Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers) Mileage Reimbursement: $0.

49/mile for distance covered between patient home appointments Unit: Home Health Shifts available: Days Shift timings: 8 Hours; Days, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Schedule: 40 hours / week guaranteed, 5 shifts per week, Mon-Fri, One Weekend per month. Productivity expectations - 30 points weekly Position Requirements: Registered Nurse: 2 years

  • Required Recent/Current Home Health Nursing experience: 1 year within the last 3 years
  • Required OASIS experience
  • Required Home Care Home Base (HCHB) charting
  • Required Must have valid Driver’s License and Personal Auto Insurance Education, License and Certification Requirements: ASN or an equivalent – Required BSN or an equivalent – Highly preferred RN License for State of the state applying or Compact if applicable
  • Required BLS Certification from AHA or American Red Cross
  • Required Job Description: Provide and coordinate care for assigned patients in comfort of their homes. Develop and implement nursing care plans for all all types of visits including Start of Care and admissions as assigned. Support patient recovery and ability to stay at home - enabling them to spend quality time with their loved ones and doing the activities they enjoy Empower patients and families to reach healthcare goals by educating them on disease management Case management and provide clinical oversight to interdisciplinary Provide nursing care and services within the standards and scope of nursing practice as defined within the state Nurse Practice Act regulations, policies, procedures, and protocols, as well as facility and corporate policies and procedures. Ensure physicians’ orders are legible if taken verbally and transcribed appropriately per policy and procedure. Ensure patients’ status is assessed on an ongoing basis and pertinent information is gathered and documented. Notify physicians of significant changes in status Document and complete charting for all patient visits within 24 hours. Territories to cover: Walla Walla County and parts of Columbia and Umatilla Counties
