Location: Bengaluru Work Mode: Hybrid Employment: Full Time Experience: 6–10 Years Budget: Up to ₹24 LPA Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM IST Open Positions: 1 Mandatory Skills SAP FICO SAP HANA / S/4HANA CFIN Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and provide SAP FI/CO solutions. Configure SAP FI and CO functionalities based on business requirements.

Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend solutions. Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and production support. Identify and propose business process and system enhancements. Work on integration with SAP MM, SD, PS and other relevant modules. Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and training materials.

Provide user support and ad-hoc training. Work independently and provide guidance to junior team members. Act as a liaison between business and technical teams. Modules supported: FI, CO, SD, MM, VIM and MDG under BAU scope.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI and CO. Experience with SAP HANA / S/4HANA. CFIN experience. Good understanding of integration with MM, SD and PS. Experience in configuration, testing, troubleshooting and support. Understanding of financial reporting and regulatory requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
