• 8-12 years of overall SAP HCM / SAP Success. Factors experience
• 5-7 end-to-end ECP or SAP HCM Payroll implementation projects
• Minimum 2 end-to-end ECP implementations (full lifecycle: design through go-live)
• Strong working knowledge of Employee Central (EC) and its integration with ECPRequired technical and professional expertise• Independently deliver end-to-end SAP Success. Factors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementation activities, reporting to the Project Lead
• Design and review country-specific payroll schemas, PCRs, and wage types
• Configure and manage payroll integrations with EC, FI, Time Management, and third-party systems
• Provide expert guidance during UAT, parallel payroll runs, and go-live
• Guide and review the work of junior payroll consultants
