Team Leader

As the Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and guiding a team focused on financial operations and client engagement. Your primary responsibilities will include managing credit risk assessments, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining positive client relationships. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing financial reports, analyzing cash flow, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Lead and manage a team responsible for credit risk assessment and accounts receivable. Ensure timely collections and efficient processes for accounts receivable. Communicate with clients to resolve payment issues and negotiate terms. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction. Prepare accurate financial reports and analyze cash flow metrics.

Perform account reconciliations and maintain financial records. Drive process improvements for collections and back-office operations. Train and mentor team members on best practices and procedures. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Stay updated with industry trends and regulations related to financial management.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a financial or back-office setting. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Sage, or QuickBooks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.

Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team effectively. Analytical mindset with attention to detail for financial analysis. Experience in credit risk assessment and collections management. Familiarity with financial reporting and cash flow analysis. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
