Home Sleep Study Patient Scheduler Full-Time | In-Person | Simi Valley, CA Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE Help Patients Take the First Step Toward Better Sleep Pivotal Health is seeking a compassionate, organized, and customer-focused Home Sleep Study Patient Scheduler to join our team in Simi Valley, California .

In this role, you'll serve as a key point of contact for patients, helping coordinate home sleep studies and ensuring a smooth, positive experience from referral through scheduling and device shipment. What You'll Do

Contact patients referred for home sleep testing and explain the sleep study process. Review insurance coverage, benefits, and financial responsibilities with patients. Answer patient questions and provide exceptional customer service. Coordinate and schedule shipments of home sleep testing devices. Maintain accurate patient records and scheduling documentation.

Protect patient privacy and comply with all HIPAA regulations. Participate in training, quality improvement initiatives, and company meetings as needed. Perform additional duties assigned by leadership.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications Strong computer and internet navigation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to provide outstanding customer service while handling sensitive patient information.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous medical scheduling or healthcare office experience. Knowledge of medical insurance plans, benefits, and coverage. Ability to read and follow physician orders.
