Key Responsibilities

Engage with referred patients through inbound and outbound calls Build rapport quickly and create a positive patient experience Explain sleep testing, equipment, insurance coverage, and next steps Confidently address concerns and overcome objections Guide patients toward scheduling and completing testing Collect required patient payments when applicable Accurately document interactions in CRM systems Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless patient journey 🔥 Who Thrives in This Role?
