Job description
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for driving qualified leads and revenue generation for NASM and AFAA. These sales generating opportunities will be accomplished through utilizing our social media, email automation, and phone campaigns. The SDR will be responsible for the development of new, existing, and re-engagement of disqualified leads.
The SDR will also be responsible for communication targeted at existing NASM and AFAA customers to encourage repeat business. The SDR will work with sales, marketing, operations, and other key personnel throughout the organization to identify opportunities and develop better marketing communication to our existing customer base and will assist with adjusting messaging in our marketing efforts.
