Executive - Accounts Payable

Department: Finance & Accounts Designation: Executive – Accounts Payable Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 1–2 Years Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Finance & Accounts team as an Executive – Accounts Payable. The candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable operations, monitoring payments, supporting fund management, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices.

The role involves verifying, processing, and reconciling invoices, managing vendor relationships, and supporting the organization’s financial and administrative operations. Roles & Responsibilities PO Management: Manage purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation and processing. Payment Processing: Process vendor payments accurately and within stipulated timelines.

Vendor Registration & Onboarding: Handle vendor registration, onboarding, and maintenance of vendor records. Vendor Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor accounts, identify discrepancies, and ensure accurate records. Payment Scheduling: Schedule vendor payments and monitor outstanding invoices to ensure timely settlements.

Invoice Verification: Review and verify invoices against purchase orders and supporting documents. Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to established accounting procedures and internal financial controls. Skills & Experience M.Com qualification with a sound understanding of accounting principles. 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or finance operations.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills. Good understanding of financial and accounting procedures. Working knowledge of MS Excel. Familiarity with Tally software. Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively. Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
